Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the SkinAI application. By accessing or using SkinAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. SkinAI is an AI-powered skin and body wellness application operated by Components International Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”). The App provides personalized skincare analysis, cycle-synced wellness protocols, nutrition guidance, fitness recommendations, and daily wellness tracking.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use SkinAI. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent.

2. Account Responsibilities

To access SkinAI’s features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscription Plans & Pricing

  • Free Plan — 7-day trial
  • Monthly Plan — $9.99/month
  • Annual Plan — $59.99/year

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the agreed interval. Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the App or by contacting us at info@skinai.site. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law. The 7-day free trial will not be charged if cancelled before the trial ends.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use SkinAI for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes third-party rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the App or its services
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the App to collect data about other users without their consent
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

6. Health Disclaimer

SkinAI provides wellness information and AI-generated recommendations for informational purposes only. The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your skincare, diet, or wellness routine, especially if you have a medical condition. SkinAI does not diagnose medical conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SkinAI — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, AI models, and software — are the exclusive property of Components International Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. User Content

By uploading content to SkinAI (including skin scan images and wellness data), you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content solely to provide and improve the App’s services. You retain ownership of your content. We will not share your personal images or health data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Components International Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SkinAI. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SkinAI at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts applicable to Components International Ltd.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of SkinAI after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
