• Skin scan images: Photos you upload for AI skin analysis. These are processed to generate your skin report and stored securely.
• Daily logs: Hydration, mood, energy, symptoms, and other wellness tracking data you enter.
• Usage data: App interactions, features used, session duration, and device/browser information.
• Payment data: Subscription and billing information is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data to:

• Provide, personalize, and improve the SkinAI wellness experience
• Generate AI-powered skin analyses, cycle-synced protocols, and wellness recommendations
• Send reminder emails and wellness notifications (with your consent)
• Process subscription payments and manage your account

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your health data for advertising purposes.

3. Special Category Data (GDPR Article 9)

SkinAI processes health-related data (skin condition, menstrual cycle, wellness metrics). This is classified as special category data under GDPR. We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the App:

• Authentication provider (Corbado) — for secure login
• Payment processor (Stripe) — for subscription billing
• Cloud infrastructure (hosting and storage providers)

All third-party providers are contractually bound to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal purposes.
